Yes! We can provide proof of a valid licenses, bonding, general liability and workers compensation insurance to protect both your property and ourselves from accidents or damage. 

During an insurance claims process your insurance carrier provides an initial scope of repairs (often referred to as an estimate) for what was found and observed during their initial inspection (hopefully with us present there as well). Often, we expand this original scope of repairs to help your carrier see the things that they may have missed at the initial inspection. Our thorough and streamlined process of supplementing your claim for your benefit is quick, transparent and in your best interest as a homeowner. Some homeowners ask to be included in the correspondence between us as your contractor, and the carrier. We love including homeowners in this process when they would like to be part of it. 

For most asphalt roofing applications we recommend SBS modified Class 4 roofing options. These products have the highest wind and hail rating in the industry and often help reduce insurance premiums. We pride ourselves on installing these products instead of shying away from them like most contractors who view them as taking away future potential repeat work. 

A full tear-off is not only recommended but required by code. We will remove the entire roofing system down to the wood to ensure the OSB/Sheathing is not rotten, and we have a nailable surface to install your new roofing system.

Mutual Roofing takes pride in protecting your property. We use a series of tarps, and sheets of OSB to protect your property and most landscaping. Garage Doors, HVAC Units, Fountains, Pools- We got you covered.

Our master foreman, and junior foremen are subcontractors, but have been with us for over 11 years. Both owners and our project manager are heavily active in managing the project from start to finish.

We offer a three-year craftsmanship warranty. Malarkey’s Vista shingle offers a 15-year bumper-to-bumper warranty and is prorated after that up to 40 years. As a courtesy, we register your material warranty with the manufacturer upon completion/payment of the project and email you the documentation. Additional warranty details are stated in our contract.

Paul Cain and Nick Woodard will be in constant communication throughout the duration of the project. Our production field team also touches base on-site (often multiple times a day during construction). 

Project times vary based on size and scope of the project. Your sales rep will communicate these timelines throughout the duration of the project.
