In extreme heat and cold, building materials will expand and contract. Our goal is to ensure your roof is ready for Winter by addressing potential leaks and re-securing the structural integrity of your home. We do this by:
*Full Roof Inspection
*Ensuring Flashing is Properly Attached to Roof
*Sealing All Exposed Nail Heads
*Sealing All Other Roof Penetration Points (Pipe Jacks, Box Vents, etc.)
Humidity throughout the year can sometimes accumulate into the attic and form into condensation. Mold can form if the moisture is trapped and has no way of escaping outside the attic. We inspect your attic by:
*Evaluating for the Presence of Moisture
*Evaluating the Condition of Current Insulation
*Check the Attic Ventilation (Intake and Outtake vents)
Note: There is no warranty and once we walk the homeowner through the report with our findings then the service is deemed complete.
