Acculynx

This is our internal software that manages projects, creates estimates, and orders products. Within Acculynx, we can purchase an Eagleview of your home to access the exact dimensions of your roof. Acculynx is directly tied in with our shingle supplier so we can directly order shingles from our measurements.

As such, our estimates and product orders are more streamlined and efficient. These internal efficiencies allow us to serve you quickly, accurately, and with the highest level of detail.

Fun Fact: On any given roofing job, we have over 100 photos of your roof, house, and damaged areas.

Xactimate

Xactimate is an industry-leading software created by insurance carriers to provide accurate estimates for insurance claims. Here’s how it works. First, the adjuster comes out to your house to look at the damage and produces an initial SOW (Statement of Work).

Then we compare their SOW against our own measurements for any discrepancies. This is a tedious process of comparing line items and going back and forth with your insurance carrier during the supplementing process. Finally, we can reach an agreed upon amount before we began work.

Using this software let’s us find common ground with insurance carriers to quickly process your claim.

If Mutual Roofing does our job well during this process then you should only have to pay the amount of the deductible on an Replacement Cost Value policy.

Fun Fact:  Xactimate updates the pricing monthly to reflect market value. Your roofing company should likewise update pricing in the event that your installation if in the different month.
