National Roofing Contractors Association
This organization is one of the largest and well-known trade associations in roofing. This organization was founded in 1886 and covers all segments of the roofing industry. They currently have more than 3,500 members in all 50 states and covering 53 countries. The purpose is to be an advocate for the roofing industry and be a unified front to speak on critical matters concerning the industry.
Membership Cost: Annual dues vary based on gross sales and job roles, but start at $1,335.
Midwest Roofing Contractors Association
This organization was created for roofing contractors to create programs and services to help members thrive in their business. As the name suggests, they primarily serve the Midwest region of the United States and have members in this area. The MRCA is a voice for the needs of contractors, manufacturers, consultants, and regulatory agencies. Membership is comprised mainly of roofers.
Membership Cost: Annual membership cost ranges from $795-$1500.
North/East Roofing Contractors Association
The North/East Roofing Contractors Association (NERCA) is a regional association thats cover the Northeast part of the country. This includes the states of Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Delaware.
There are benefits for members including annual trade show, help with safety requirements, scholarship opportunities, and marketing benefits.

Western States Roofing Contractors Association
This organization was started 1974 and serves the interest of the roofing industry in the Western States. Their purpose is to help members through education, trade publications, annual convention and trade show, and encouraging members to conduct business by a higher standard. Additionally, members can access technological and legal consulting and be on the forefront of roofing innovations.

National Women in Roofing
The National Women in Roofing (NWIR) is an organization geared at helping women in the roofing profession. They create opportunities for networking, mentoring, education, and recruitment. Men who support the inclusion of women can also join. The overall purpose to to support women in this industry and promote women as an essential component to the betterment of roofing.
